BioCode DNA Test
BioCode DNA Test — Your Genetic Blueprint for Metabolism, Fitness, Recovery & Long-Term Performance
Understand how your body is built at the genetic level.
The BioCode DNA Test uses advanced analysis of key genetic markers (SNPs) to reveal how your biology influences your metabolism, weight tendencies, training response, nutrient needs, and recovery potential.
While many programs rely on general guidelines or averages, the BioCode method replaces guesswork with precision.
Your DNA provides the biological map; BioCode gives you the tools to navigate that map effectively.
The insights from this test can be used independently, but they are specifically designed to integrate with the BioCode Fit and BioCode Perform programs to turn data into a personalized, actionable plan.
How Your BioCode DNA Report Works
Your DNA markers are grouped into four practical categories that align with the BioCode method and your full report:
1. Metabolism & Weight Loss
How your body uses, stores, and burns energy.
This category helps you understand the metabolic factors that influence fat loss and long-term weight management. It includes insights on:
- Resting metabolic rate
- Fat-burning efficiency
- Weight-loss and weight-regain tendencies
- Satiety and appetite signals
- Carbohydrate sensitivity and blood-sugar response
- Macronutrient balance most compatible with your metabolism
These insights guide a nutrition strategy tailored to how your metabolism actually works — not a one-size-fits-all plan.
2. Food, Fuel & Sensitivities
How your body processes key nutrients and responds to common foods.
Here, you will learn how your DNA influences:
- Processing of fats, proteins, and complex carbohydrates
- Tendencies for lactose or gluten sensitivity
- Caffeine metabolism
- Sweet cravings and bitterness sensitivity
- Glycemic response and carb utilization
- Detoxification pathways and nutrient absorption
These results support decisions around food choices, dietary style, and personalized supplementation.
3. Nutrient Needs
Genetic markers that indicate where your body may require additional nutritional support.
This section highlights your tendencies for:
- Vitamin A, B-vitamins, C, and D needs
- Antioxidant capacity
- Omega-3 processing
- Inflammation and oxidative stress tendencies
- Mitochondrial support needs
- Cellular recovery demands
This ensures your supplement strategy is targeted, efficient, and aligned with your biology.
4. Exercise, Training Response & Injury Risk
How your body adapts to strength and endurance training.
This category reveals:
- Muscle fiber composition (power vs endurance)
- Strength and hypertrophy potential
- Aerobic vs anaerobic capacity
- VO₂ max influences and heart-rate response
- Ideal training volume and intensity
- Inflammation patterns and recovery speed
- Injury predisposition and connective-tissue support needs
These insights guide training approaches that match your biology so you can progress efficiently and safely.
Your BioCode Blueprint
The BioCode DNA Test is more than information — it is the foundation of your personalized BioCode plan.
Your results help determine:
- What nutrition strategies best match your metabolism
- Which foods support (or hinder) your progress
- How to fuel and recover for better performance
- How your body responds to training stress
- Which supplements reinforce your biological strengths
- Which habits will create the fastest, most sustainable change
Your genes don’t determine your destiny — but they do reveal the most effective path forward.
When combined with the BioCode Fit and BioCode Perform programs, these insights become a personalized strategy for improved energy, better body composition, enhanced performance, and long-term health.

How it works: X Factor Labs Test protocol
According to the test you order, a test test kit will be sent to you with instructions. Some tests require blood draws, which can be done locally at a qualified clinic or blood station. Some of the genetic tests require a simple cheek swab or buccal smear which can be done at home. Test results are typically available within 4-5 weeks.
