Claim Supplements:

1) Determine Eligibility - if your formula is used to target a specific condition or fill a nutritional gap, it may qualify as a medical expense—even if it’s a custom blend! 

2) Obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN) - With a LOMN that includes a diagnosis, protocol, and duration. This will serve as supporting documentation for your claim. 

3) Submit and Save - You can submit the LOMN and purchase receipt to your HSA administrator for reimbursement or approval. Use tax-advantaged dollars toward better health.
